Questions, answered.

How are credits calculated?

1 credit equals 1 translated word in the target language. A 1,000-word document translated to French costs roughly 1,000 credits — sometimes a little more, depending on the target language's verbosity.

What file formats are supported?

PDF (text-based and scanned), DOCX, DOC, TXT and RTF for input. PDF, DOCX and XLSX for export. PPTX export is coming.

Will my document layout be preserved?

Yes. We reconstruct headings, paragraphs, columns, bullet lists and tables in the translated file. Complex graphic-heavy layouts may need minor manual cleanup.

Is my data private?

Yes. Documents are encrypted at rest, never used to train any model, and deleted on request. EU servers available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Do credits expire?

Never. Buy credits once, use them whenever you need them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no commitment — you keep your remaining credits until they run out. Prefer no recurring charge? Buy a one-time pack instead; there's nothing to cancel and those credits never expire.
